As the Principal of Fuscoe’s East Bay office, Jackie delivers value to clients through her multidisciplinary approach. With the combined expertise of a licensed Civil Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor, Jackie brings a solutions-oriented perspective to each assignment. On the surveying side, she leads a team of office and field crew recognized for their responsiveness to client needs and ability to deliver high-quality survey products on accelerated timelines. In her civil engineering role, Jackie partners closely with cities, public agencies, developers, architects, and design teams to support projects through design and entitlement.
