Josh has experience in a variety of projects including urban infill, affordable housing and commercial developments. Each project has their own unique elements but his knowledge of jurisdictional processes and diligence throughout the review process enables him to see projects through from concept to permit. Josh’s permitting experience includes but is not limited to entitlement packages, grading plans, right of way improvements and building permits.
