The enhanced amenities together with spectacular 180° views of both the ocean and the lush championship golf course serve the Newport Beach Country Club well as host to the world-class Toshiba Classic Tournament of the Senior Professional Tour.
The Fuscoe team rendered a considerable array of services for this project, including comprehensive civil engineering, surveying and mapping, and stormwater management tasks, including a SWPPP, WQMP and Hydrology Study. Challenges for the team included devising a strategy for continued operation of this very active country club during construction. Significant effort centered around production of a temporary clubhouse, pro shop, kitchen and dining facilities.
