San Ysidro Senior Village is a 50-unit apartment community that provides permanent supportive housing for seniors aged 55 and older who are experiencing homelessness.

Designed for convenience and accessibility, the development is located in a walkable, transit-oriented neighborhood and includes on-site amenities that promote comfort, stability, and connection.

The Fuscoe team provided its signature services which included: preliminary engineering, design survey, lot consolidation parcel map, precise building location plan, discretionary approval concept plan, public street improvement plans, as-builts, grading and drainage plans, sewer study and monitoring, traffic control improvement plan, water quality technical report, water pollution control plan, and SWQMP.
