Steven is a dedicated and proactive leader, serving as one of the two Principals leading Fuscoe’s downtown San Diego office.
With 38+ years of experience providing professional civil engineering services, he is well-equipped to support the success of each of his projects. Steven has managed numerous complex projects in multiple market sectors, including higher education/university, healthcare, public and private infrastructure, recreation and hospitality, public works, residential, retail/commercial, and office. He provides expertise to clients navigating through the entitlement approval process, construction permitting process, and construction administration process while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
