This exciting master plan, adjacent Tongva Park & Ken Genser Square, overlooks Santa Monica Beach and includes three podium projects comprised of two luxury condo/mixed-use products and an affordable housing rental property.
Fuscoe’s survey/mapping group provided an ALTA survey and final tract maps for all sites. The engineering team faced a number of challenging design issues, including complex utilities rerouting within tight urban infill confines and extending Olympic Drive from Main Street to Ocean Avenue. Also, special care was taken to grade the uniquely long walkway tiles into a smooth plane without visual grade breaks, allowing stormwater to sheet flow into concealed perimeter trenches.
