The Town and Country Resort Hotel is a 40 acre property abutting the San Diego
River in the heart of Mission Valley that has been updated for the 21st century.

Fuscoe Engineering provided backbone services for this 61 year-old site including grading and improvements plans for a public 1.7 acre riverfront park with a new pedestrian bridge over the river, tentative and final map preparation, public and private street improvement plans, precise grading plans for three new buildings, a multi-story parking structure, and all new hardscape.
