UCSD North Campus Student Housing

A UC Design-Build project, this student housing complex was designed to achieve LEED® Silver Certification and is located on a five-acre site in the North Campus area of UC San Diego.
Fuscoe provided civil design services, from an advanced conceptual design stage through construction, as well as coordination with the consultant team, university staff and general contractor. Working with the project soils engineer, landscape architect and university staff, Fuscoe developed an integrated design of two bioretention treatment cells sited within the common areas.
