A Mission Revival Affordable Community in Orange

Valencia Garden Apartments is a 62-unit affordable housing community in Orange, California, offering two- and three-bedroom homes for low-income families. Designed in a contemporary mission revival style by IDEArc Architecture, the development features amenities such as a community room, tot lot, BBQ pavilion, and gated access.

This affordable community was developed through a collaborative public-private partnership among the City of Orange, Orange Housing Development Corporation, and C&C Development, helping the City advance its affordable housing goals.

Fuscoe provided comprehensive civil engineering services for this project from early mapping to final construction documents. Our work also included public street improvement plans for this former City of Orange corporate yard site.
