The $600M high-profile development at Hollywood & Vine comprises an expansive complex that includes a W Hotel, W residences, residential lofts component, street level retail, rental units, and an MTA Transit Plaza.
This prestigious project required the full spectrum of Fuscoe’s services, including five years of coordination efforts with the Community Redevelopment Agency and Metropolitan Transit Authority. It was a team effort on behalf of all consultants to maximize points to achieve the project’s LEED® Silver rating. Fuscoe provided services including boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys, an air space subdivision map, condominium plans and high-rise construction staking as well as comprehensive civil engineering work. The air rights above and below ground have been subdivided through a 3D tract map into 21 air space lots. The project also involved eminent domain and settlement agreements with the underlying owners.
