Olive View – UCLA Medical Center
Abbott Construction for LA County Departments of Public Works & Mental Health
Fuscoe provided civil engineering, LID and mapping services for two “Packages” of this medical project. Package A included construction of a Crisis Residential Treatment Program, a Recuperative Care Center, at grade parking and landscaped areas on 4.5 acres. Package B involved construction of a Psychiatric Urgent Care Center, a Mental Health Wellness Center and 135K sf parking lot on 4.5 acres.
City of Hope/Corona Medical Campus
The Boureston Companies
This 2.2-acre infill medical redevelopment campus totals 57,500 sf in two 2-story buildings, one specifically built for City of Hope. Comprehensive civil engineering included specialized stormwater management services involving infiltration for water quality BMPs and pervious pavements. In addition, adjacent streets were specifically reconfigured to increase public parking and improve circulation and drainage.

Palm Springs Community Health Center
The Boureston Companies for Riverside University Health System
This 35,000 sf medical office building and parking lot on 3.75 acres serves the indigent population and local neighborhoods. Its innovative “one-stop shop” approach features primary, pediatric and reproductive care; sick and well visits; dental care; pharmacy, radiology and behavioral health services. Fuscoe’s services included civil engineering, survey/mapping and stormwater management.
