IRVINE, CALIFORNIA – May 28, 2026 – Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce four new leadership promotions within the firm. Jill Littley, President and Ian Adam, MESM, CPSWQ, Chief Operating Officer, have advanced within Fuscoe’s executive leadership team. In addition, Bryan Smith, PE, and Robin Robinson have been appointed as Vice Presidents.

JILL LITTLEY | President/Chief Financial Officer

In her role as President and CFO, Jill leads Fuscoe’s business strategy and long-term growth initiatives while ensuring the firm’s financial strength and operating efficiency. Through close collaboration with Fuscoe’s CEO, board of directors, and business leaders, she drives strategic planning to support enhanced shareholder value and position the company for expansion. This has included the successful acquisition and integration of two firms in the past year, allowing Fuscoe to broaden its geographic reach and strengthen its service offerings. Jill also led the firm’s transition to becoming a 100% employee-owned company, reinforcing Fuscoe’s commitment to long-term value creation and employee engagement. Jill has been with Fuscoe since 2007 and is a resident of Laguna Niguel, where she lives with her husband, Stan.

IAN ADAM, MESM, CPSWQ | Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Ian is responsible for optimizing Fuscoe’s operational performance to ensure client service and project delivery that continue to cement the firm’s reputation as an industry leader. With a key focus on technical staff development, project management, and quality assurance, Ian will offer expert support in the continuous improvement and implementation of innovative systems and procedures. Ian joined Fuscoe nearly 25 years ago and leads the firm’s strategic expansion of Specialty Practice services and public agency work. Ian resides in Huntington Beach with his wife and their two children.

BRYAN SMITH, PE | Vice President, San Diego Region

In this elevated role, Bryan will oversee the strategic direction and alignment of the firm’s growing San Diego footprint. Bryan has served as the Principal of Fuscoe’s San Diego office since 2023, and has been a driving force in the office’s growth and operational success. Following the firm’s recent acquisition of its Downtown San Diego office, Bryan will now lead and oversee operations for both San Diego offices while continuing to expand his leadership across firmwide initiatives. Bryan joined Fuscoe in 2006 and has consistently served as a trusted advisor to his clients and team, drawing on his in-depth understanding of the region’s regulatory and engineering frameworks. Bryan lives in San Diego with his wife and two children.

ROBIN ROBINSON | Vice President, Marketing

In her role as VP, Marketing, Robin leverages her extensive knowledge of the A/E/C industry to guide strategic initiatives and expand Fuscoe’s market presence. Robin has been with Fuscoe for nearly 25 years and passionately oversees the marketing, public relations, business development, and client relations activities for each of Fuscoe’s six offices. Robin actively represents Fuscoe in the industry through participation in BIA/SC, Urban Land Institute, Society for Marketing Professional Services, Los Angeles Headquarters Association, NAIOP SoCal, and DBIA. Robin lives in Irvine with her husband, Burr.

John Olivier, PE, will continue to serve as the firm’s CEO – a role he has held since 2022 following founder Patrick Fuscoe’s retirement. These promotions further strengthen Fuscoe’s existing executive team, alongside Oriana Slasor, PE, VP, OC Engineering, and reflect the firm’s ongoing commitment to leadership growth and organizational excellence.
